Hosting model — You host the page
You host the donation page and integrate the full checkout flow.
- Build the payment page and load only the provider’s official checkout script (PCI DSS 6.4.3).
- Handle approval, card capture and receipts on your own server.
- Own the merchant account settings and the go-live sign-off.
Good to know: All six steps apply. This setup carries the most build work, so expect the longest go-live time.
